Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, Canada, UK, and beyond.
This is a full-time position, based in Taiwan (hybrid). Normal working time is Tuesday to Saturday, 10am - 7pm (flexible).
The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset.

What you will be responsible for:
Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
Qualifying prospective customers (students and parents/guardians) by understanding their education goals and needs
Sharing the benefits Crimson Education has to offer through highly personalized consultative sales processes
Maintaining strong customer relationships
Working closely with the marketing team to identify and develop new opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels
Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos, industry events, and Crimson seminars
Forging partnerships with associated businesses, non-profits, organizations, and more
Ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered/managed within Crimson’s Client Relations Management (CRM) system
Providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve sales processes
What this role requires:
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
Strong sales track record in meeting targets and managing a sales pipeline
2+ years of sales experience
High learning agility and growth mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with speaking over the phone, video, and in-person
A driven team player who likes to win
