This is a full time role based in Auckland, New Zealand.
The purpose of the Sales Development Representative role is to support Crimson Education’s growth in New Zealand.
They will assist in qualifying potential customers in the early stages of the sales cycle. They will own the customer journey end-to-end and ensure quality leads are moving through a strong sales funnel.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Making calls and responding to enquiries to qualify new leads for sales processes.
Ensuring that data is accurately entered and managed within Crimson’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Coordinating specific outreach tactics including outbound prospecting to grow our brand and reach.
Establish, develop and maintain positive and professional customer interactions and relationships.
Continuously improve sales techniques and enhance industry knowledge.
Handling student and parent support conversations, over the phone and in person.
Monitoring leads from marketing across all channels with weekly/monthly progress reporting, customer behaviour and user experience.
What skills and experience are required?
Demonstrated experience in sales.
A passion for delivering outstanding service.
Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
Outstanding communication and people skills.
