Our network includes 2,400 tutors and consultants worldwide who work with over 20,000 students. We are a fast-paced, exciting startup, achieving high year-on-year growth off the back of raising our Series C round. We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our fun and dynamic team.
After successfully launching in Dubai in 2018 and witnessing high growth in the region, we are now setting our sights on Istanbul.
The chosen candidate will have the exciting, entrepreneurial experience of building up a new market as the right-hand person of the Country Manager.
This role is responsible for ensuring the successful management and growth of Crimson in Istanbul and reports directly to the Country Manager.
What success looks like:
Support overall top-line revenue, achieving annual growth targets
Help coordinate and maintain close communication with global teams to effectively leverage the platform and ensure seamless execution
Build strong relationships with local stakeholders including local and international schools, educational fair organizers, influencers, and others
Be a positive ambassador for Crimson’s culture through daily actions that reinforce our core values
Support Country manager driving highly profitable operations through close management of the P&L
Ensure accurate and regular reporting and compliance to Crimsons standard operating procedures
Ensure satisfactory student outcomes and experience
Marketing & Sales
Act as a spokesperson and representative on behalf of Crimson as required at events and conferences
Help develop and execute a marketing strategy to create brand value and awareness including building relationships with various media outlets
Ensure collaboration between Sales and Marketing to achieve shared goals
Ensure strong ROI on marketing spend
Student Outcomes and Satisfaction
Ensure the overall student experience creates a positive NPS
Optimise in conjunction with global teams, education coordination and strategist models in the region to achieve both net profit and NPS targets
Oversee student support and resources to ensure students are achieving goals set
Ensure collaboration between teams to achieve shared student goal
What skills and experience are required?
Background from a top 100 university, preferably the Ivy League and/or Oxbridge
A strong appetite to succeed and achieve growth and operational excellence
A high level of critical thinking, solid commercial and strategic agility
Experience of executing sales and marketing strategic initiatives and best practices within a complex business environment
Strong ability to lead and inspire your team members
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong local understanding of the Istanbul education scene
Overseas admissions knowledge preferred
3+ years of people management experience preferred, although we are open to being wowed by highly motivated and ambitious fresh-grads
Turkish nationals based in Istanbul preferred
Work will be in both Turkish and English
