Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.
This is a full-time position, that will be based in our Auckland, New Zealand office.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Managing purchases ledger and examining expenses movement within the businesses
Evaluate expense requests and liaise with internal stakeholders ensuring relevant approval has been sought
Process fortnightly batches of payments (including payments to 200+ contractors)
Assistance with the annual audit
Monthly reconciliation of corporate card transactions
Assistance with applications for lines of credit with suppliers
Timely processing of employee reimbursements
What skills and experience are required?
Highly-organised with the ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to make judgements and decisions on confidential matters
Skills to plan and manage complex administrative systems and practices
Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds
Understanding and confidence in using specific systems and programmes, including MS Office Suite, Google, Salesforce and Xero
Problem solver who take ownership of delivering the solutions
High learning agility and the ability to study and understand relevant legislation, both in New Zealand and globally
Strong attention to detail
