Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, Canada, UK, and beyond.
This is a full-time position, based in Singapore.
The purpose of this role is to increase our revenue across a variety of Crimson programs, through the following responsibilities:
Actively prospecting and developing new business opportunities across Singapore, Philippines and Malaysia
Identifying and prioritizing a list of target potential partners to increase revenue in the short-term and long-term
Increasing the network of partners for Crimson Education Singapore across a variety of industries
Work with global partnership team to localise business development activities
Developing and executing marketing strategies and plans
Collaborating with sales leaders to analyze expansion opportunities and identify the best possible routes to pursue growth
Rigorously studying competitors and potential M&A acquisition targets; tracking key business analysis
Creating strong, productive relationships and partnerships with team members, colleagues, stakeholders and clients
What skills and experience are required?
At least 3 years of business development experience and experience in education
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with other team members and stakeholders.
Meticulousness and high attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Comfort working in an international technology company with colleagues from all over the world.
