Marketing Lead (remote)

Crimson Global Academy is one of our newest ventures, starting in 2019, it is NZ's first online high school and has been just been ranked #3 best online high school in the United States. We are looking for a sales superstar to take our early-stage start-up global!
Working closely with the CGA global admissions team, this role will be focused on achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes in the US.
This is a full-time remote position, based in the United States.
What success looks like for this role?
Develop a growth strategy for Crimson Global Academy in the United States in partnership with the global CGA team.
Manage and support the end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of local marketing and growth campaigns.
Develop and execute activities to achieve student recruitment targets
Own the US marketing budget and maintain a strong digital ROAS.
Own the US CGA revenue and lead targets and funnel; Monitor leads and enrolments from marketing across all channels with weekly/monthly progress reporting.
Partner with our in Country and dedicated CGA sales team to ensure lead movement through the funnel.
Drive brand awareness of Crimson Global Academy across the United States through cross-channel campaigns and initiatives.
Develop a local student and parent ambassador network to promote student community and organic referrals, this includes running student meetups and orientation week.
Design and create marketing collateral in partnership with the Design team to create positive customer experiences and increase enrolments.
Work closely with the global marketing team to tailor events, PR content, landing pages, social posts, FB, adwords, emails & more to promote local events and initiatives.
Lead partnerships and outreach including: expos, seminars, webinars, school talks and related event support.
What skills and experience are required?
3+ years of experience in marketing
Experience in educational marketing is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Comfortable with creating basic video edits via Canva
