What are the main responsibilities for this role?
This full-time role will involve providing vital administration support to the Oxbridge Summer Scholars (OSS) Program Manager. You will provide support with the following:

• Monitoring of the OSS inbox
  
• Contacting prospective students and families interested in the program,
  
• Planning regular email communications with updates on VISA applications, travel advice and arrangements, checklist for materials needed to bring for the program, and collecting all key information including allergies and dietary requirements..
  
• Liaising with our global design team on video and photo collation into marketing assets.
  
• Management of the website and social media.
  
• The production of ad copy for both event and digital campaigns, as necessary.

What skills and experience are required?

• Keen knowledge of Crimson’s mission and the UK application process.
  
• High level of organisational skill
  
• Excellent administrative and customer service skills
  
• Strong drive to achieve a positive client experience
  
• A self-starting and collaborative approach
  
• Regular and clear reporting on the progress of work

How you’ll know you’re crushing it:

Achieve personal KPIs consistently on a monthly basis

Strong lead conversion following communications with families

Report on progress of timeline and clients in an organised and proactive way
