✊ We want to build a high-performing team
We believe we have a highly talented and diverse team with an incredible network. Our Referral Program is designed to reward team members and our external community for introducing successful hires to Crimson Education.
Our external network helps us attract top talent to join our mission of revolutionizing education and raising the bar across the EdTech industry.
External individuals who are not employed or contracted by Crimson Education are eligible to participate in the Community Talent Referral Program.
For internal team members, check out Crimson Campus.
🎉 The referral gift
Your referrals can be friends or professional acquaintances from your network who possess the qualifications and experience for the advertised positions or who you think would align well with Crimson’s culture and environment. You can check out our job postings here.
As a token of our appreciation, you will be eligible to receive an Amazon e-voucher as follows for each successful referral after a three-month probation period.
Full-time and part-time roles
Excluded: Tutors, App Mentors, ECL advisors, Code Mentors or any other ad-hoc contractor roles. If you're unsure if the program applies to you, please email email@example.com
🔎 External Referral Program Fine Print
To qualify for the referral voucher, please follow these guidelines:
- Submit your referral through the Referral Application form
- If a suitable role exists, ask your referral to apply for the role and list you as a referrer
- if the role does not exist, we'll add your referral to our Crimson Talent Pool for future roles.
Referral Evaluation and Selection: All referred candidates will undergo the standard recruitment process, including resume screening, interviews, case studies and assessments. The selection decision will be based on their qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural alignment. If your referral is hired and successfully completes 3 months, you will be eligible for a referral voucher 🎉
The gift voucher will be issued to you once your referral meets the eligibility criteria. If you know your candidate has been hired and has been with Crimson for over 3 months, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Multiple Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
Employment Status: Only full-time and part-time permanent hires are eligible for the referral bonus. Contract positions and freelancers are not eligible unless their role is specified above.
Program Changes: Crimson Education reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes or terminations will be communicated to participants in advance.
This referral program is eligible for referrals submitted from 10 July 2023 onwards.
