We also trust our team to take charge of their own learning, which is why we offer an annual budget of 1000 NZD to every employee after one year of working with us. They can spend it on books, courses, and conferences to level up their skills and learn something new.

Our Crimson community is home to many resident experts, so we have our own ‘lunch and learns’ where different team members share their passions in 30-45 minute segments. We’ve covered topics like AI, boxing and design thinking, and it’s a wonderful way to build community while learning something new.

To help our people leaders, we create monthly masterclasses about leadership topics like performance management, development conversations, and personal branding. These sessions encourage teamwork among employees as the leaders offer each other advice and support.
