Crimson's Community Talent Referral Program

We believe we have a highly talented and diverse team with an incredible network. Our Referral Program is designed to reward team members and our external community for introducing successful hires to Crimson Education.

How it Works

Fill in the referral form

Share the profile of someone that you believe could be a good fit at Crimson Education. They can be someone you've worked with or know personally. Whoever it is, if you think they align with our mission and values, we'd love to hear about it!

Follow the recruitment process

Be in touch with the person you referred, and see how they fare in our recruitment process. If they are hired, hooray! But hold tight, because they need to finish a 3 month probation period before you receive your gift.

Receive your gift!

Once your referral passes the 3-month mark, you are eligible for a gift! As a token of our appreciation, you will receive an Amazon e-voucher of $500 NZD. We ask that you contact talent@crimsoneducation.org to claim your voucher.

The Fine Print

Community Referrals Role Voucher amount = $500 NZD for both full-time and part-time roles

Excluded: Tutors, App Mentors, ECL advisors, Code Mentors or any other ad-hoc contractor roles.
If you're unsure if the program applies to you, please email talent@crimsoneducation.org

To qualify for the referral voucher, please follow these guidelines:
- Submit your referral through the Referral Application form
- If a suitable role exists, ask your referral to apply for the role and list you as a referrer
- if the role does not exist, we'll add your referral to our Crimson Talent Pool for future roles.

Referral Evaluation and Selection: All referred candidates will undergo the standard recruitment process, including resume screening, interviews, case studies and assessments. The selection decision will be based on their qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural alignment.

If your referral is hired and successfully completes 3 months, you will be eligible for a referral voucher. The gift voucher will be issued to you once your referral meets the eligibility criteria. If you know your candidate has been hired and has been with Crimson for over 3 months, please contact talent@crimsoneducation.org.

Program Changes: Crimson Education reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes or terminations will be communicated to participants in advance.

This referral program is eligible for referrals submitted from 10 July 2023 onwards.
